Overview: This luxury south facing seafront apartment with Seaview and its own private roof solarium. it is within a quiet and gated residential complex with underground parking available.
There are 3 communal swimming pools and a whirlpool which use eco-friendly saltwater rather than chlorine. During July and August, there is a lifeguard which will give you more protection and peace of mind. There are 3 Tennis/Paddle courts, BBQ area and children’s playground with cushioned safety surface and ample areas of communal grass and pathways to enjoy.
The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious comprising of a lounge with 2 sofas, dining room table and chairs and a UK satellite TV, which leads to a patio area with table and chairs and a large sun canopy, from here you have access to the roof solarium which also has tables and chairs and a large sun canopy and 2 sun lounges for your use.
There are a separate kitchen and utility room which provide all you will need including a washing machine, iron and hairdryer.
The master bedroom has a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, with fitted safe, ceiling fan and a TV with UK satellite channels.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.
WiFi is available upon request.
There are numerous bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment on the Cabo Roig strip which is just across the road and offers a great night for all ages.
The beach and marina are a 5-minute walk away where you can either simply relax on the sand, hire a paddleboat or try your hand at paddleboarding. You can enjoy a refreshment at the beach bar during the summer period. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach where you can enjoy a beer/glass of wine or a coffee with tapas after a stroll along the seafront walkways.
Torrevieja town is a short car ride or bus journey where you will find a Marina and seafront restaurants and market stalls, or if you would prefer the water park and funfair, the town caters for all.
The area has 3 golf courses nearby, Real de Golf de Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin. Also, close by is Lo Romero Golf, La Finca Marquesa and the famous La Manga Club.
A local based English contact is available for airport transfers who will also assist you should you need during your stay.
For winter lets the apartment has eco radiators in the bedrooms and a gas fire in the lounge.
There is an additional cleaning fee of 50 Euros, payable on arrival which includes all linens and towels.
